Summary/Abstract: The article discusses a proposed new vision for the concept of school inspection, elucidating both the new concept and the old in terms of theory, methodology, implementation strategies and working styles practiced by the inspection. School inspection is examined in the light of change, using the ACE FIRST effective/ineffective model to assess the way of seeing, acting and achieving tangible results in the activity of increasing the effectiveness of the educational institution assessed by the school inspection.
