Summary/Abstract: The article argues that the continuity of identity and historical values constitutes the fundamental condition of our existence and education. The author criticizes the uncritical adoption of foreign terms and concepts (such as "parenting"), drawing attention to the risk of young people becoming alienated from family, tradition, and their own roots. Additionally, the work highlights the need for an education grounded in unity, responsibility, and the memory of ancestral sacrifice, warning against the relativization of values in the context of globalization. Finally, the author advocates for reconsidering the profound power of the Romanian language and cultural landmarks as essential pillars in preserving national identity.
