Summary/Abstract: Radio broadcasting has undergone a major transformation in the twenty-first century, in both its audience base and its business models. This transformation has turned the management of radio businesses into a distinct subfield at the intersection of communication and business. This study aims to reveal the structural and relational patterns of the scientific knowledge produced in radio broadcasting, radio businesses and management. To this end, 26 publications retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection were analysed with VOS viewer along the axes of performance analysis and science mapping. The findings show that more than half of the publications appeared in the last three years, that China and the United Kingdom lead in output, and that studies concentrate mainly in management. The keyword analysis revealed 168 keywords across 12 clusters, indicating a close relationship between radio broadcasting, artificial intelligence and knowledge management. The field therefore offers notable research opportunities.
