Summary/Abstract: In this article, I attempt to show to what extent postcritical humanities make it possible to rethink interpretation as the creation of bonds. I draw primarily on the works of Bruno Latour and Rita Felski, which point to the necessity of moving beyond critical methodologies. From this perspective, I am interested in the experience of reading described by John Williams in Stoner. It becomes crucial for the biography of the novel's protagonist, radically transforming his life. In this context, education is not so much a critical procedure of uncovering structures of power and violence as an event capable of transforming our relations with the world.
