Summary/Abstract: This article forms the basis for raising considerations on Family Management, i.e. managing the family as an element that stands, in a sense, in opposition to Life-Work Balance theory, which in the authors' opinion should today be significantly complemented. Maintaining a balance between professional and private life has for years been the subject of important considerations in the field of management. Today, however, when, among other things as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated restrictions, professional and private spaces have begun to interpenetrate even more, it is necessary to find a way to model the most important areas of life even better. This article is an introduction to considerations on the management of these spheres.
