Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the personal relationship between probation officer and ward from the perspective of philosophical anthropology, drawing on classical conceptualisations (Scheler, Plessner, Tischner, Husserl, Mindell, Kotarbiński). The multidisciplinary approach focuses on integrated sciences: health care, process psychology, and social communication. Social and civilisational degenerative factors negatively affecting contemporary humans are identified, along with pathologies in psycho-spiritual development and communication difficulties. The aim is to propose a project whose implementation in oppressive situations safeguards every person's right to broadly understood health, including mental health.
