Nebunia pentru Hristos – chip deosebit al ascezei creștine
Foolishness for Christ – a special form of Christian asceticism

Summary/Abstract: Foolishness for Christ has meant throughout history a special face of asceticism, through which a small number of people with a holy life sought the depths of humility in order to bring as many people as possible to Christ. The present article aims to highlight aspects regarding the assumption of foolishness for Christ by those few who have stepped on this special path of asceticism so that, finally, in a translation from French to Romanian, it includes an akathist dedicated to the saints who have acquired eternal wisdom by rejecting worldlywisdom.
