Summary/Abstract: Inclusive education is an educational approach that ensures equal learning opportunities for all individuals regardless of their differences. This study aims to examine the theoretical foundations of inclusive education, evaluate its implementation processes, and analyze its effects on educational systems. The research is based on a qualitative literature review including studies from Türkiye, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and international sources. Findings indicate that inclusive education not only enhances academic achievement but also strengthens social cohesion, empathy, and participation. However, challenges such as insufficient teacher training, inadequate infrastructure, and policy gaps hinder effective implementation. The study concludes that a holistic and sustainable approach involving teachers, administrators, families, and policymakers is essential for successful inclusive education practices.
