Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the detailed issues of the use of the non-causative forms of criminal complicity in the petty offences law. The author analyses the problem of incitement and aiding a petty offence committed by an individual, and attempts to settle the dilemma concerning the non-causative forms that coincide with the earlier stages of crime than perpetration. The author also describes the so-called “chain-incitement” and ratio legis of introducing the construction of the non-causative forms in the text of the Petty Offences Code. The interpretation of the provisions outlining the forms of accessorial liability has a direct impact on liability attribution to the offender, and that is why it is necessary to unify views on that matter.
