Summary/Abstract: The essay is devoted to a few contemporary books of poetry, whose visual aspect and realization of the typographic project encourage new interpretative hypotheses based on the manners in which the book manifests itself as an artifact rather than based on the reading of poems themselves. This shift of reception from semiotic to tactile requires a consideration of the organic and ethical aspects of communication. The present author is therefore interested in the role of stitching the blocks and types of bookbinding, especially the aesthetics of an open spine, which provides the books with new meanings.
