Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the evolution of corporate sustainability in the Romanian agri-food sector, using the case study of the Toneli Holding S.A. group between 2022-2024. The central objective is to evaluate performance through the lens of the three ESG pillars: environmental, social, and governance. The research methodology combines comparative analysis with quantitative data processing techniques extracted from official sustainability reports. The study monitors indicators such as energy independence and the circular economy, verifying alignment with European ESRS standards. The results highlight a major strategic transformation, with the company achieving 30% energy independence and a waste recovery rate of over 95%. The conclusions emphasize that integrating green practices into the operational model generates economic resilience and competitive advantage, demonstrating organizational maturity in the context of the transition to a neutral economy.
