Summary/Abstract: Genocide has been one of the most heinous acts committed in different regions and societies throughout human history. After World War II, genocide was defined as an international crime under international law. This study aims to examine how the crime of genocide is regulated under international law and to evaluate whether the actions carried out by Israel in Palestine constitute the elements of the crime of genocide. In this context, the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”, the fundamental source of international law on genocide, will be used to assess this case. The study employs a qualitative research method involving literature and document analysis. The document analysis includes United Nations resolutions, treaties, international judicial decisions, reports from international organizations, and academic and scientific studies. Based on these analyses and an assessment of the elements of the crime of genocide under international law, the conclusion reached is that the crime in question was committed by Israel.
