SOME ASPECTS CONCERNING THE INVESTIGATION OF CORRUPTION COMMITTED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCEDURES

Summary/Abstract: In the present article, the authordiscusses severaltheoretical and practical aspects regarding the criminalistics typicality of corruption crimes committed during public procurement procedures: the illicit activity carried out; perpetrators, their quality and their contribution to committing the offence; the existence of concurrent offences and the possibility of expanding the research for other acts and perpetrators. The article approaches the relevance of causes, conditions, circumstances that determined, facilitated or favored the commission of the offence, as an issue that must be clarified during the criminal investigation.
