APPLICATIONS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE IN DISPUTES WITH THE OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Abstract (ro): The multiple applications of the presidential ordinance procedure, on the one hand, and the wide range of disputes that may rise in connection with the activity of the associations of homeowners, on the other hand, are the considerations that necessitated the development of this study. In creating the material there were took into account both the correlation of the rights and obligations of the administrator of the homeowners asscoaition with the rights and obligations of the members of the association, as well as the updated synthesis of judicial practice in the field.
