Summary/Abstract: Abstract (en): The necessity and timeliness of conducting a study on the specific theoretical and practical aspects of limited partnerships is determined by several factors, among which the particularities of the updated regulatory framework applicable to these commercial companies and the evolution of judicial practice in the field are particularly worth mentioning. The material addresses the two categories of limited partnerships (simple limited partnership and joint-stock limited partnership) provided for by Romanian legislation and aims to provide both theorists and practitioners with a synthesis in the reference field.
