Summary/Abstract: Alternative pedagogies are increasingly becoming an inspiration in contemporary educational contexts. This paper analyzes the specificities of Waldorf pedagogy, its theoretical and methodological foundations (anthroposophy, epoch teaching, the absence of numerical grading and grade repetition), as well as its global presence. The empirical part of the study focuses on examining teachers' familiarity with Waldorf schools and analyzing their attitudes toward implementing specific elements of this model into the regular educational process. The research results indicate high recognition of the Waldorf model compared to other alternative concepts, alongside expressed reservations toward more radical changes, such as the principle of grade nonrepetition.
