Summary/Abstract: The report represents the structure of the system of institutions for preventive, corrective-educational and resocialising activities with children with deviant and delinquent behaviour in the Republic of Bulgaria and in the Czech Republic. The activities of institutions within the system are characterized by a range of specific features across social, organizational, managerial, educational and methodological dimensions. These characteristics are formulated as operational recommendations, tailored to the prevailing socio-pedagogical conditions. A thorough understanding of these specificities is crucial for professionals working in the social, educational, and judicial sectors. Interdisciplinary cooperation is essential for the effective functioning of the system, both within the system itself and externally, with other bodies addressing the issues related to individuals with behavioural disorders or those exhibiting antisocial and illegal behaviours.
