Summary/Abstract: Some memories haunt us for years, following us until we finally confront them. Bullying at school can leave deep scars; although it is often dismissed on the grounds that everyone picks on everyone else, it must never be ignored. Beginning with a nightmare, the story offers a glimpse into painful memories, the process of healing and the realisation that each of us has an ally whom we too often overlook – someone who would stand by us if we allowed them to.
