Summary/Abstract: "Museum of the Little Homeland in Studziwody" Association is an example of effectively combining living culture with open-air museum elements. Thanks to the active involvement of the local community and a wide range of educational and cultural offerings, the museum serves as an important centre of regional culture, fostering intergenerational integration as well as the preservation and strengthening of local identity. The Association's activities play a key role in protecting cultural diversity and promoting values such as respect, continuity of traditions, and dialogue between generations. The museum creates a space where tradition and modernity coexist in a coherent and inspiring manner. Key values such as respect for tradition, generational continuity, and open dialogue between older and younger community members are essential in this context. It inspires the local community to actively participate in cultural life and contribute to its preservation. This article is based on original research and presents specific activities undertaken by the Association, including educational and artistic initiatives, as well as youth-engaging projects. The paper fits into a broader reflection on the importance of local culture and grassroots initiatives in identity building.
