Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of social processes in Poland over the past three decades, focusing on their impact on groups at risk of exclusion, particularly older adults. Despite structural changes, social barriers to the full integration of this group persist, and in some areas, especially in the labor market, the marginalization of older individuals has become more pronounced. The article highlights the phenomenon of an aging population and the associated increase in healthy life expectancy, which reshapes traditional concepts of old age and the role of older individuals in the labor market and educational services. Through analysis and synthesis of data and literature review (desk research), an attempt is made to answer the research question regarding how education influences the enhancement of potential and opportunities for older adults. A fundamental thesis of the article is the need for an individualized and respectful approach to older people, fully considering their life resources and potential. One of the key objectives of the analysis is to assess integration and support programs aimed at counteracting social exclusion among older adults. The article emphasizes the role of education in breaking down existing biases and increasing the participation of older adults in social, economic, and political spheres.
