Summary/Abstract: Modern business and living means at the same time being successful in business and having as much free time as possible for yourself and your family. Many of us fail to find a balance between these two important things, giving priority to one of them. There are many reasons for this, the largest number of reasons are related to alternatives in creating a business, and whether we want to work for ourselves or someone else, regardless of whether it is a state-owned or privately owned company. Where we will go largely depends on some of our qualities, which are primarily related to courage, self-confidence, responsibility, creativity and innovation. If we possess more of the above-mentioned qualities, it determines us as a future entrepreneur, ready to accept risks in terms of creating our own future, which will largely depend on us. On the other side are those who are not ready to take any risk, opting for a less stressful future, which will not be so unpredictable. They believe that working for a well-known employer provides them and their family with longterm stability and security, while at the same time reducing their own responsibility in making decisions. The future and perspectives of entrepreneurship, while respecting other dependent factors, will also depend on how many young entrepreneurs will have a vision after completing higher education, and how they will directly influence the creation of a more favorable business environment through their own business, which will influence the creation of a better social and economic environment for their life and that of their family. Young people who see entrepreneurship as a constructive and continuously repeating process, to achieve long-term stable values and are ready for the challenges that an unstable entrepreneurial environment brings with them, will determine the perspectives and future of entrepreneurship. Of course, all of this must be accompanied by clearly defined legislation that will not create doubts and barriers, but will be a guide and driver in creating a clearer, simpler and more accessible business environment, offering numerous benefits for current and future entrepreneurs. The aim of the paper is to analyze the interest of young people, who, after completing higher education, will build a business path through their own business, offering themselves as creators of their own future, directly influencing the creation of a better business climate.
