Summary/Abstract: Considering the two-fold impact of post-pandemic trends and digital transformation, work arrangements that encourage the use of advanced technological inventions known as digital jobs are on the rise. While digital workplaces enable employees to work, connect, communicate, and collaborate virtually, this has severe implications for their productivity. After a search in the Scopus database of quality scientific publications, it was found that there is very little research on the topic, especially in the determined geographical context of the Republic of North Macedonia. With this in mind, the objective of the article is to identify and investigate the employee-related factors that affect the productivity of Macedonian digital workplaces, as an essential aspect of organizational digital transformation, and analyze their positive or negative impact. After an indepth exploration and review of the literature, the article will present a model, which is based on questionnaire data from 153 digital workers who live or work in North Macedonia. From a methodological point of view, a quantitative method of multiple linear regression will be used for analyzing the data and defining the model. Following the presentation of the research results and discussion of the findings, directions for future research regarding digital workplace productivity will be indicated. Thus, the study has the potential to have implications for both members of the scientific community and managers/business leaders, as crucial stakeholders who analyze and implement strategies for boosting productivity in a digital environment.
