Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between technological job resources and burnout. The study was conducted within the framework of the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model and focuses on the effects of technology-based job resources encountered during the digitalization process on employee well-being. The research data were collected from 452 employees working in different sectors using the convenience sampling method. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression-based moderation analyses using Hayes's PROCESS macro (Model 1) were employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that technological job resources have a significant and negative effect on burnout. In addition, perceived organizational support was found to moderate the relationship between technological job resources and burnout. Specifically, the burnout-reducing effect of technological job resources was stronger when perceived organizational support was low and became weaker as perceived organizational support increased. The findings indicate that organizational support is an important factor in shaping the effectiveness of technology-based job resources. Accordingly, the study demonstrates that reducing burnout during digital transformation requires not only improvements in technological infrastructure but also the provision of psychological and organizational support for employees. Furthermore, the study suggests that technological job resources should be regarded as a strategic factor that promotes employee well-being. The findings are expected to provide valuable implications for human resource management practices and digital transformation initiatives.
