Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine whether perceived future employability plays a mediating role in the relationship between career adaptability and individual entrepreneurial orientation. The study population consists of students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bitlis Eren University, and the sample includes 307 students. Data were collected through an online survey. Due to the cost and time constraints of reaching the entire population, participants were recruited through convenience and snowball sampling on a voluntary basis. Quantitative methods were employed for statistical evaluation, including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and mediation analysis conducted via SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.4. The findings indicate that career adaptability has a positive and significant effect on individual entrepreneurial orientation. Furthermore, perceived future employability was found to play a partial mediating role in this relationship. These results highlight the importance of career adaptability and employability perception in enhancing entrepreneurial orientation among university students.
