Summary/Abstract: This study examines the disruptions and reconstruction dynamics that emerged in the Kahramanmaraş textile sector, which has been exploited for the national and national economy following the earthquakes that occurred in Kahramanmaraş. The earthquakes not only caused significant loss of life and property, but also led to significant reductions in intermittent production due to the destruction of industrial facilities, infrastructure problems, and supply chain interruptions. The study examines the challenges faced by the textile sector in the post-disaster period, including labor loss, reduced capacity utilization rates, increased costs, and financial vulnerabilities. In this study, which was conducted using the qualitative research method, the sector's adaptation mechanisms to the crisis process and restructuring strategies were evaluated through the observations and experiences of textile managers based on a sample of 36 white and blue-collar workers; the obtained data were examined using the content analysis method. The findings demonstrate that the sector entered recovery with the support of the collaboration of public sector members, private sector investments, and local actors. Consequently, the example of the Kahramanmaraş textile sector demonstrates the need for holistic crisis management, sustainable labor policies, and the development of long-term reconstruction schemes to ensure subsequent economic development.
