60 Years of Military Centre for Research and Implementation of Food Services in Terms of Improvent and Quality Assurance of Food and Food Service Equipment of Modern Army

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the activities of the Military Centre for Research and Implementation of Military Food Services in terms of ensurring and improving the quality of soldiers nutrition. The article presents a brief history of the Center with regaty to its activities. Moreover, the article presents changes in the directions of research, taking into account the issues of food security and the improvement of the nutrition organization. Finally, the areas of future research carried out at the Center have been identified taking into account the requirements of the modern battlefield.
