Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to define and analyze the key factors adversely affecting the environment which is the emission of pollutants from cars and noise. In addition, the article also contains suggestions for changes in the direction of environmentally friendly transport, which are a necessity in the quest to improve the situation in the communication system of cities and regions. The publication is based on sources of literature and case studies that area.
