Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the new literary genre that emerged in the Arab world with the digitalization process, within the framework of the blogger experience. The digital communication possibilities of the 21st century have paved the way for the formation of a new field of literary production, especially among young people and women; blogging has emerged as a dynamic and participatory form of expression that transcends traditional literary forms. In this context, the study addresses the definition, historical development, content and linguistic characteristics, and social functions of blogger literature. The research examines the relationship between blogging and digital literary genres; it is determined that this new writing practice differs from traditional literature with its features such as instantaneous production, polyphony, and ability to reach large audiences. Furthermore, the process of publishing blog posts as books is considered an important development that reveals the transformation of digital texts into literary products. The study specifically examines how female bloggers use digital platforms; it is determined that these platforms create an alternative space of expression for women. The findings show that blogging in Arab societies is not only a means of communication, but also a structure that contributes to the formation of a digital public sphere, particularly for younger generations of writers, where social issues and discussions of cultural identity are expressed directly and without censorship, thus transforming literary production.
