Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the problems of the phenomenon of migration by defining it and pointing to the causes, interactions and the effects of migration on the social security ground. It is a scientific approach in which a PhD student analyzes the influence of migration on social security. Migration has become a guideline oriented on the development of a contemporary world. The world economies are currently facing two kinds of challenges: human resources and their mobility and they require a suitable approach with regard to their management, harmony, moral and ethical responsibility as well as legal regulations.
