Summary/Abstract: This study examines the mediating role of organizational identification in the effect of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction among hotel employees in the Manavgat destination. Within the scope of quantitative methods, the relational survey model was adopted, and data were collected from 411 participants working in five-star hotel establishments using the judgmental sampling method. During the analysis phase, SPSS 25 Process software was utilized, and the theoretical model was tested using the bootstrap method proposed by Hayes. The research findings indicate that workplace spirituality is positively associated with both organizational identification and job satisfaction, while organizational identification also has a significant impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, it has been determined that organizational identification plays a mediating role in the interaction between workplace spirituality and job satisfaction.
