Test for Formalization of Basic Concepts and Definitions in the Logistics Management Area

Summary/Abstract: The authors attempted to formulate selected basic concepts and terms in the theory of logistics management. Simple elements of the symbolic logic-mathematical convention were used for formal descriptions, based mainly on the apparatus of set theory, topology, and mathematical logic. Formalization processes have been subjected to concepts such as economic management, logistics, logistic management, Just in Time principle, logistic decisions, logistic processes and logistic systems. For example logistic definitions and concepts have been written using more formalized logical and mathematical formulas. The repertoire of formalized terms and definitions is derived from classical monographs and popular logistics manuals.
