Summary/Abstract: The intention of the author of the paper is to present the cultural canon to contemporary people – those who already know that they would like to be in regular contact with “perpetual works” but perhaps have no idea how to do it systematically and fruitfully. Therefore, the author would like to propose a specific formula: Breviarium of the cultural canon, i.e. a daily anthology of classic readings he edited.
