Summary/Abstract: Amidst modern society, there is a set of multiple ritualistic normative systems, occurrence known in specialty literature as judicial or legal pluralism. In Central and Eastern Europe this occurrence is visible, or more noticeable amidst Roma Communities which, to this day, continue to make use of these traditional means for conflict resolution, among which, the most well-known is “Stabor” (the most hermetic tradition of the Roma; a form of judgment that focuses on the principle of mediation).
