Summary/Abstract: With the purpose of guaranteeing the compliance of Directives 96/71/EC and2014/67/EU, it is essential that the Member States have effective control proceedings in the entire European Union. In the same way, the existing difficulties to access the information regarding working conditions are very often the reason why service providers do not apply the current regulations. Consequently, the Member States must ensure that such information is publicly available, free of charge and that they provide effective access to it, not only to service providers of other Member States, but also to the affected employees.
