THE NEED FOR UPDATING THE LEGISLATION REGARDING THE ACTANTS OF THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: Although there have been substantial changes over the laws on justice, the improvement of the legal framework in this field continues to be an important point on the agenda of the general reform of Romanian society. Taking into account that the effectiveness of the administration of justice is one of the main coordinates of the rule of law, changes in the national and European administration automatically generate the necessity of aligning the legal framework on justice with the current needs of society, of the socio-political context.
