Summary/Abstract: Without proposing to exhaust the whole subject, the study highlights the special rights of children provided by the European Convention on Human Rights and confirmed by the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights. In fact, the exercise of all fundamental rights recognized by the European Convention presents particular features concerning children and youth, derived primarily from the legal and biological situation of these categories.
