Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the distance learning of Roman Catholic religious education during the first wave of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The overall aim of this article is to show the new face of religion – from the didactic side: the development of key competencies, use of new IT tools and methods by religion teachers; and from the formative side: showing a new dimension – the environment of evangelism.
