Summary/Abstract: The article examines key challenges faced by the contemporary artists in their search for approaches to artistic self-expression. The main objective of the article is to compile and compare different viewpoints on concepts related to body, consciousness, energy, and gesture, offering a fresh perspective on the training of modern artists in the fields of cinema and theater. The report is based on a study of monographs, studies, articles, and other works by classical and current-day international authors. It includes interviews conducted with authorities in contemporary performative arts, as well as personal research and pedagogical experience derived from workshops, master classes, and laboratory exercises. A thorough analysis is presented, incorporating methods from various domains such as art, biology, philosophy, psychology, anthropology, and more. The primary focus is on establishing a conscious connection between the body and the subconscious, aiming for a refined and precise alignment of the actor’s capabilities for the staged reenactment of artistic cultural heritage. Only through this process can be created more significant images and symbols, carrying pure emotional value.
