Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the development of the meaning of the LU uspomena (‘memory.n’, frame: Remembering_experience) in primary school students’ written production. Two analytical frameworks are employed in the analysis of the linguistic data: FrameNet and conceptual analysis. Results indicate that, at this stage of development, the meaning of the LU uspomena is not yet fully stabilized within its conventional structure, but instead undergoes a process of systematic reorganization. In this process, the Place element emerges as the central axis of meaning construction, while memories are consistently conceptualized as objects. These patterns reflect systematic modes of conceptualization that extend throughout the entire period of compulsory education.
