The effectiveness of education as an accidental consequence of various factors. The economic factor

Summary/Abstract: This article presents various aspects of learning effectiveness. Independent variables are presented – subjective and objective factors conditioning the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process. Attention is drawn to other determinants of effectiveness, in particular the economic factor. A comparative analysis was conducted, in which the impact of the economic factor on the studied education systems was highlighted. By presenting sources of financing for educational units in Poland and Ukraine, as well as the amounts of financial resources allocated for the implementation of educational tasks in these education systems, an attempt was made to specify a measure of the impact of the economic factor on education, including the effectiveness of education.
