The hierarchy of values of preschool teachers from the Lubelskie Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The article explores the issue of the hierarchy of values of preschool teachers from the Lubelskie Voivodeship. In the theoretical part, the text explains the concept of value in the views of selected authors, characterises the typology of values, and characterises the life orientations of being and having. In the methodological part, answers to the following research question were posed and explained: Which values are the most valued among the surveyed preschool teachers from the Lubelskie Voivodship? Grulkowski’s Scale of Orientation of Being and Having was used in the research. The analysis of the research results found that humanitarian values dominate among the surveyed teachers.
