Summary/Abstract: It is proposed to us in this V Congress of the Autonomous Worker that as its own scenario starting from those who have preceded the analysis and deepening of this topic that seems inexhaustible due to the connotations that it has and in front of the insistence of the governing body the International Labor Organization, Through its annual conferences called "World Labor Parliament" where as a part of its program for the coming years the emphasis is on Decent Work or dignity as its denomination is preferred and that in front of these four pillars would be worth in this quotation to Which has been summoned to us by the organizers, whether it would be advisable to make these four pillars an important basis for autonomous work.
