Summary/Abstract: The article examines the development of digital communication competence through the lens of systemic thinking and neurodidactics, arguing that the integration of digital technologies in education must be approached as a complex pedagogical process within the broader digital ecosystem. It outlines the theoretical foundations of the systemic approach, emphasizing the role of relationships among educational actors, digital resources, and the learning context in shaping competences. Building on the evolution of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, the article explores their implications for the learning process and for the development of cognitive, metacognitive, and communication competences. Digital ecosystems constitute a valuable methodological framework for understanding how digital resources, educational actors, and digital communication processes interconnect within a motivating learning environment—one that dynamically articulates learning processes and supports the consolidation of digital communication competence.
