Summary/Abstract: The article presents modelling of inventory management process in the conditions of demand discontinuity. The optimization method of Silver - Meal was used to develop the process model. As a result, optimal delivery quantities were determined from the point of view of minimizing the costs of creating and maintaining inventories.
