Summary/Abstract: Internal transport is the moving, packaging and storage of materials in any form in the area of the plant (Fijałkowski, 2003). The analysis of internal transport can be improved thanks to the use of graphical symbols, which mean the individual activities of materials moving in the plant. The use of such a solution will enable a transparent and quick check in terms of the suitability of each process and operation. A necessary condition is the accurate understanding of symbols by the designer using the results of the analysis. For the purpose of extensive analysis, a material flow chart is used, which is a graphical representation of the way the material moves inside the plant, a material flow chart, which is also a graphical representation of the sequence of operations, including operations, control, etc., and a transport cycle card, which is a recording method the internal transport process. The use of cards allows you to visualize all activities related to the movement of goods inside the plant, accurate and efficient control, and gives you the ability to quickly respond to any disturbances.
