Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the settlement of certain legal matters), four decisions were published regarding: Law no. 295/2004 on the regime of arms and ammunition, Framework Law no. 153/2017 on the salary of personnel paid from public funds, the Civil Code, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 59/2000, as adopted by Law no. 234/2019, and on the interpretation of Article 100 (1) of Law no. 367/2022, concerning the meaning of the phrase “conditions and limitations laid down by law”.
