Analysis of the main structural elements in the score and their reflection in the conductor's interpretation

Summary/Abstract: This essay aims to examine in-depth the individual work of the conductor with the score. It is the fruit of many years of research during the active practicing of conducting. I hope it could serve well and contribute to the academic education of future conductors. The analytical methods which will be reviewed have an exclusively practical focus, thus serving as an objective understanding of the composer’s idea by doing a structural microanalysis, as well as making the correct technical decisions, such as tempos and manual technique. The goal is the successful performance of a work in rehearsal and concert atmosphere. The main objects of this research are the concept of Structure, Transition, Proportion, Periodical Conducting.
