Armed Forces Logistics as a Part of Process Oriented Organization

Summary/Abstract: The article refers to the discussion on considering the armed forces as a process oriented organization and the role and place of logistics as its element. The location of logistics in the system of processes taking place in the armed forces was indicated, the architecture of the logistic resource management process was proposed, and the process links between the logistic resource management process and the processes that are part of its environment were characterized. The essence of links within the logistics process was also indicated. The summary indicates the potential benefits of using the process approach for the functioning of the logistics of the armed forces and formulates final conclusions.
