Summary/Abstract: School physical education in Bulgaria is establishing itself as a strategic factor for the health, cognitive development, and social integration of students. Good practices emphasize the development of motor literacy, the promotion of high-intensity activity, and the inclusion of all children through adapted approaches. Nowadays, the controlling nature of assessment needs to give way to a stimulating approach, and teachers need to establish themselves as facilitators of an active and healthy lifestyle. Innovative forms such as majorette dancing, which is becoming a majorette sport that combines physical training, artistry, and collective discipline, play an important role, becoming a means of building confidence and aesthetic culture. The combination of digital solutions, cross-sector partnerships, and systematic training of educators ensures the lasting quality of school PE.
