Summary/Abstract: Interpersonal communication is a key factor for effective management in schools. It supports collaboration, motivation, and feedback between teachers and leadership. Communication can be verbal, nonverbal, formal, or informal, and is influenced by various contexts – psychological, cultural, and situational. The most common barriers to effective communication include noise, stress, misperception, and cultural differences. To create a positive organizational environment, it is necessary to develop communication skills, empathy, and active listening. This is essential for quality education and effective school management.
